Rehearsal 1st February

This is the first post of a (hopefully!) weekly update documenting our progress in rehearsals, gigs and any other choir-related news!

We have made some fantastic progress so far in 2018. At this rehearsal, we managed to make it all the way through ‘Karma Chameleon’ and it is sounding brilliant! This arrangement is quite advanced but you have all picked it up so well. Here’s the video of it.

Next week we’ll revisit it, paying special attention to dynamics and timing etc.

We also made a start on ‘Happy’ which is already sounding wonderful! Remember that we need a/some soloist/s for the main chorus melody line and also the bridge section. Have a think before Thursday about whether you would like to do this. Everyone who wants to will have an opportunity to try it out during rehearsal this week.
